Terms of Use
The rules for using this website, and how paying us, refunds and ending an agreement work. The work itself is covered by a separate written agreement. Last updated October 28, 2026.
Using This Site
This website describes the work of Higher Impact Strategies, LLC ("HIS", "we"). These terms cover using the site and, for clients, how paying us, refunds and ending an agreement work. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information, Not Advice
What we publish here is general information about how we work. It is not legal, financial or tax advice. Any work we do for you is governed by a written agreement between your company and HIS.
Paying Us
Your written agreement with HIS sets out the services, the fees and when we bill them. We bill in US dollars. You can pay an invoice online through Authorize.net, our payment processor, or another way your agreement allows.
When you pay online, your card or bank details go straight to Authorize.net and never reach our own systems. Authorize.net is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest level of the payment card industry's security standard.
Refunds and Billing Questions
Refunds are decided case by case under your written agreement. If we charge you in error, or you pay the same invoice twice, we refund the difference to the way you paid.
If a charge looks wrong, use our contact page or call 352.214.0722 before you dispute it with your bank or card company, and we will look into it with you.
Ending an Agreement
You can end your agreement by giving us notice as the agreement sets out. Send it through our contact page so it reaches us. The agreement ends on the date its notice terms give, and billing stops on that date. Work delivered up to then is still paid for under the agreement.
Results and Figures
Results we describe, including case studies and the figures in them, come from specific client engagements and are measured as stated where they appear. They are not a promise or guarantee of results for your business. Outcomes depend on your market, your starting point and many things outside anyone's control.
