Privacy Policy
What this website collects, what happens to your details when you pay us, what we do with Facebook and Instagram data when we post for clients, and how to reach us about it. Last updated October 29, 2026.
Who We Are
Higher Impact Strategies, LLC ("HIS", "we") is based in Gainesville, Florida. This policy covers higherimpactstrategies.com, our intro film at intro.higherimpactstrategies.com, and payments you make to us online. The private platform we run for clients is covered by each client's written agreement with us, except for Facebook and Instagram data, which is covered below.
What We Collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, company, email, phone number and whatever you write, including the tools you pay for today.
- What any website receives. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical details such as your IP address, browser and the pages you request, so it can deliver the site, keep it secure and stop abuse.
- Visit counts. We count visits ourselves: the pages you read and for how long, how far you watch our intro film, the site or link that sent you, the city and country your connection comes from, and whether you are on a phone or a computer. A random ID in a cookie on our own domain ties one visit to the next. It holds no name, email or IP address, and it never leaves HIS. Our host may also count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies.
- Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. We also measure the site with Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, to see which pages help people and which of our own ads bring them here. No Google or Meta code runs in your browser: our host, Cloudflare, sends them the page you viewed, the site or link that sent you, your browser and device type, and your IP address, which they use for your approximate location. Each keeps a random ID in a cookie on our domain to tell one visit from the next. Meta may match the visit to a Facebook or Instagram account you are signed in to.
- When you pay us. If you pay an invoice online, Authorize.net, our payment processor, collects your card or bank details directly. We never see or store full card or bank account numbers. Authorize.net gives us what we need to record the payment, such as the name and email on it, the amount, the date and the last four digits of the card or account. If you choose to save a card or bank account for later payments, Authorize.net keeps it, and we keep only a reference to it and its last four digits.
- Spam protection. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It looks at details about your browser and device for that purpose only.
Cookies
We set a few cookies on our own domain: the random visitor ID behind our own visit counts, and the IDs Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel use to tell one visit from the next, each kept for up to 400 days. The Meta Pixel lets Meta measure our ads and show them to people who have visited us. Our host may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from automated abuse. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, and the site works the same without them.
How We Use It
We use what you send us to answer you, set up a conversation, prepare for a first meeting and keep a record of our correspondence. We use payment records to keep our books, answer billing questions and meet tax rules. We use technical details and visit counts to run and protect the site and to see which pages help people. We do not sell or rent personal information. Visit details go to Google and Meta only to measure the site and our own ads.
Who Helps Us
Cloudflare hosts this site, protects it and delivers the email the contact form sends to our team. Google Workspace runs our team email, so it holds the messages you send us. Authorize.net processes payments you make to us online, under its own privacy policy. Google Analytics and Meta measure visits and our ads, under Google's privacy policy and Meta's privacy policy. They handle that information on our behalf under their own privacy commitments. We would also share information if the law required it, or with a buyer or successor if our business were ever sold or merged.
How Long We Keep It
We keep messages for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep normal business records, then we delete them. We keep payment records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your Choices
You can ask us what we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We only email you to reply to you or about work you asked us about.
Facebook and Instagram
When a client asks us to post for them, they connect their Facebook Page or Instagram business account to the platform we run for them. They sign in with Facebook themselves and pick which Pages and accounts to share. We never see their Facebook password.
- What we receive. The name and ID of each Page and Instagram account they pick, a sign-in key from Meta that lets us post to those accounts, the account's recent posts so we can confirm ours went up, and the numbers Meta reports on the posts we publish: reach, views, likes, comments, shares, saves and clicks. We get how many comments a post has, not what they say.
- What we do with it. We use it only to publish the posts the client approved, at the times they approved, and to show them how those posts did. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside HIS.
- How we keep it. The sign-in key is stored encrypted and is used only to publish a post or read its numbers.
- Disconnecting. A client can disconnect any account from the platform at any time, and its sign-in key is deleted on the spot. They can also remove our app on Facebook under Settings and privacy, Settings, Business integrations, which ends our access right away.
- Deleting your data. To have us delete everything we hold from Facebook or Instagram, including past post numbers, use our contact page or call 352.214.0722. We delete it within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections, and we limit who on our team can read what the form sends. Online payments go through Authorize.net, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1. No system is perfect, so please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information through the form.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new date.
