Accessibility
This site should work for everyone, on any device, with any assistive technology. Here is how we build and test it. Last updated October 8, 2026.
Our Standard
We build this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and hold body text to a contrast ratio of at least 7 to 1.
How It Is Built
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus ring and a link that skips straight to the content.
- Headings, landmarks and labels are real HTML, so screen readers can move through a page the way it reads.
- Pages reflow down to 320 pixels wide and when zoomed, with nothing cut off.
- If your device asks for reduced motion, the site turns its motion off.
- Images carry text descriptions. Screenshots of client websites are pictures of those sites, described in words rather than copied.
How We Test It
We test pages with automated checks (axe and Lighthouse) and by working through them with a keyboard before they go live, and again when they change.
